A new
bill is going through the California legislature that could effectively end the ban on alcoholic beverage makers' sweepstakes for the state. The time has come for sweepers in California to uncork, er, uncap your Sharpie, pick up a phone and call, email emotionally with emoticons, or go see your assemblymen in person and let your voice be heard.
